It is the formal authorization issued by the Mandate Debtor to the Mandate Creditor so that the latter can request the Bank depositary of the debtor's account to debit this account with the amount indicated in the deed itself, according to the recurrence also indicated , starting from the month following the time (date and time) in which the deed was issued. The deed is valid until revoked or until the debt is extinguished. The deed is necessarily and obligatorily linked to two current accounts respectively in the name of the Mandate Creditor and the Mandate Debtor.È l'autorizzazione formale rilasciata dal Debitore Mandato al Creditore Mandato affinchè quest'ultimo possa richiedere all'Istituto di Credito depositario del conto del debitore, di addebitare su tale conto l'importo indicato nell'atto stesso, secondo la ricorrenza anch'essa indicata, a partire dal mese successivo rispetto al tempo (data e ora) in cui l'atto è stato emesso. L'atto è valido fino a revoca ovvero all'estinzione del debito. L'atto è legato necessariamente e obbligatoriamente a due conti correnti intestati rispettivamente al Creditore Mandato e al Debitore Mandato.
