Instantiation of pension benefits provided by the INPS. The pension performance is one of the different forms of protection and assistance of workers who materialize in the provision of sums of money or other utilities, and prepared to cover situations of need in which workers or their family can come to find themselves following certain events attributable or not to carry out the work and aimed at guaranteeing the continuity of income. In the case of the pension, is protected the impossibility of the percipient to ensure an income for itself and its family for some reasons, in particular for the overcoming of a certain age or seniority of service or for illness or for death. To financially support these protections, a mandatory contribution taxation is envisaged, i.e. the payment of specific charges (contributions), on the remuneration paid to each worker. Pension benefits are paid only if the interested party has submitted a specific application. In general, a pension benefit can embrace more applications submitted by the same applicant and identifies the social security relationship between an applicant and INPS, starting from the sending of the first pension application up to the termination by the death of the benefit holder (the survivors will give rise to a new pension performance). In this sense, the class is subclass of L0: Collection allowing to collect, with the property Lo:hasMember, the set of events (subclasses of TI:TimeIndexedEvent) inherent to the benefit that followed over time. In this ontology the subjects, events and, in general, the elements defined in relation to the Pension Benefit show, for brevity, the acronym PB.Istanziazione delle prestazioni pensionistiche erogate dall'ente INPS. La prestazione pensionistica rientra tra le diverse forme di tutela ed assistenza dei lavoratori che si traducono nell’erogazione di prestazioni di somme di denaro o altre utilità, e predisposte in relazione a situazioni di bisogno in cui i lavoratori stessi o i loro famigliari possono venire a trovarsi in seguito al verificarsi di determinati eventi riconducibili o meno allo svolgimento dell’attività lavorativa e finalizzate sostanzialmente a garantire la continuità del reddito. Nel caso della pensione viene tutelata l'impossibilità del percipiente di assicurare un reddito per se e per i famigliari a proprio carico per sopraggiunti motivi ostativi, in particolare per il superamento di una certa età o anzianita di servizio o per malattia o per decesso. Per sostenere finanziariamente tali tutele è prevista una imposizione contributiva obbligatoria, ossia il pagamento di specifici oneri (contributi), sulla retribuzione corrisposta a ciascun lavoratore. Le prestazioni pensionistiche non vengono erogate “d’ufficio” dall’Ente, ma soltanto se l’interessato/assicurato ha presentato un’apposita domanda. In generale una prestazione pensionistica può abbracciare più domande presentate da uno stesso richiedente e identifica il rapporto previdenziale in essere tra detto richiedente e l'ente INPS, a partire dall'invio della prima domanda di pensione fino alla terminazione per decesso del titolare della prestazione (gli eventuali superstiti daranno luogo a una nuova prestazione pensionistica). In tal senso la classe è sottoclasse di L0:Collection consentendo di raccogliere tramite la proprietà L0:hasMember l'insieme degli eventi (definiti tramite la classe TI:TimeIndexedEvent) inerenti la prestazione succedutesi nel tempo. In questa ontologia i soggetti, gli eventi e, in generale, gli elementi definti in relazione alla Prestazione Pensionistica presentano, per brevità, l'acronimo PP.
